Let agents work while you sleep

In this example, three agents keep building the launch site overnight on a machine in Miko Cloud.

Agents
Three on your accounts, with any coding agent or API key

You close the laptop

The agents run on my-machine in Miko Cloud, so they keep going when your Mac sleeps.

  • my-machine is a machine Miko Cloud runs for you. Your own server over SSH works the same way.
  • The agents run on the machine, not on your laptop, so closing it stops nothing.
  • Machines shows each machine with its CPU, memory and disk, and the agents on it.

An agent needs your OK

Your iPhone gets a push, and you answer it there.

  • Needs you shows which agent asks and what it wants to do.
  • You tap Allow or Deny, and the agent carries on.
  • The other agents keep working while that one waits.
Miko on iPhone, the Miko tab: Miko says api-refactor needs you. It wants to run npm run migrate -- --env staging on build-box, with Allow and Deny. One agent is working and one is done.
Miko's Needs you tab on iPhone: one agent needs you (api-refactor wants to run npm run migrate -- --env staging, with Allow and Deny), one is working and one is done.

The work is there in the morning

Each result waits as a card you can read, review or hand to the next agent.

  • Open an agent's terminal to read the whole night's conversation.
  • The site's preview runs on port 3000 on my-machine, and you open it on your own devices.
  • Hand a result to another agent so it continues the work or reviews it.

What you end up with

  • A night of work from three agents on my-machine
  • A preview of the site on port 3000, on your own devices
  • One step allowed from your iPhone
  • A Mac that slept the whole time

Good to know

  • Works with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and every other coding agent, plus any API key.
  • Every agent runs on your own account or API key.
  • Agents run on your own Mac or PC, on your servers over SSH or on a machine in Miko Cloud.
  • Every Miko Cloud machine runs with its memory encrypted by the processor, AMD SEV-SNP.
