The Mac app needs a Mac running macOS. Apple silicon is recommended, and the minimum macOS version is still being confirmed.

You use your own accounts. Miko never sells model usage, and the Mac app needs no API keys, except for the optional DeepSeek research assistant.
The CLIs are installed alongside Miko, not bundled with it.
